Our goal

TrueFix Los Angeles wants everyone to be able to find information and request a repair on this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do

• Use semantic HTML, headings and form labels that assistive technology can read
• Keep text and controls at readable color contrast
• Make menus, forms and links usable with a keyboard
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
• Build layouts that hold up on phones and at high zoom

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. If you can't use part of the site, contact us and we'll provide the information or take your request another way.
